Keith E. Stein, a freelance writer and research consultant, formed ISI Consulting in 1998. With over 19 years of experience, Mr. Stein has held positions in major aerospace corporations as a Computer Operator, Information Specialist, and Associate Technical Editor, as well as provided consulting services in the space industry.

From 1992 thru 1997, he served as an Information Specialist at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

From 1997 thru 1999, Mr. Stein was the Associate Technical Editor at Launchspace Publications, Inc. in McLean, VA. providing global coverage of the space industry.

From 1999 thru 2006, he was the Editor of Military Space (currently Space & Missile Defense Report) at King Publishing Group in Washington, D.C., focusing on military, commercial space, and government relations.
